ReleaseGuard was born in 2004 to fill a need; we recognized that in the insurance industry there were only a few companies being represented by agents for Underground Storage Tank Insurance. Being in this industry ourselves, we knew that there were a lot more options for UST insurance for much cheaper prices then insurance agents were telling customers about. So we started ReleaseGuard, and have grown tremendously since.
We are owned by Mourer Foster Insurance Agency in Lansing, MI. This agency has over 13 years experience with UST insurance and writes insurance for nearly every type of business.ReleaseGuard is a registered trademark of Mourer-Foster, Inc. All insurance companies represented and sold through ReleaseGuard are authorized and admitted to conduct business in all 50 States.
We are also a division of Guardian Program Directors owned by Mourer Foster which operates PetrolGuard, an insurance program for insuring gas stations and petroleum jobbers.
